Director of Wine, Steven Karataglidis, has curated an exclusive Champagne list with a selection of 96 wines celebrating the hotel’s 96-year legacy and special moments guests have shared over the years.

With a focus on building the most diverse Champagne list in Canada, Steven showcases grower and vintage Champagnes, as well as woman winemakers, cellar masters and business owners.

The celebrations and milestones under the clock promise to be lively and effervescent, just like the Champagne we serve!
