Brett’s roots in hospitality began with culinary schooling in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Brett has been turning moments into memories across Canada. He started on the east coast at what was formerly the Fairmont Algonquin in St. Andrews By-the-Sea, then moved west to Fairmont Winnipeg, and into the majestic mountainside at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. He is now firmly grounded at Toronto’s grand dame ~ Fairmont Royal York. From small meetings to grand galas, Brett’s expertise and expansive knowledge will ensure your meetings and events leave lasting impressions for you and your guests.

Kelly began her 13 year Fairmont career in the Rockies, in the food & beverage division at both Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Fairmont Banff Springs, before joining the Fairmont Royal York team in 2016. Kelly specializes in planning weddings, galas and social events. Kelly treats every event as special in their own way, whether it is a wedding, afternoon tea for a bridal party, baby celebration or engagement shower ~ these important life event celebrations are the most enjoyable for Kelly to plan!

Alison began her Fairmont journey 7 years ago when she decided to pack up her life in Glasgow, Scotland and join the Food & Beverage Management Team at the Fairmont Royal York. With her love of food & beverage and her past sales experience, it was only natural for her to join the Sales Team as Executive Meeting Manager a few years later. From meetings, social events and small conferences, Alison’s expertise will ensure that your expectations are succeeded and that your event is a success. Fairmont Royal York is a special place for Alison and this is embodied in her infectious passion and drive to ensure that you fall in love with the hotel as much as she has.

Ready, set, ACTION! As the Sales Executive, Film Production, Claudia’s main focus is to sell all areas of the hotel as a movie set. From commercials shoots to music videos, TV shows and feature films, Claudia has serviced hundreds of film shoots since she joined the Sales team in 2010. In 2016, Fairmont Royal York was recognized as being the most filmed location in Toronto for that year. Claudia loves being part of the action and she is proud to be known as one of the most knowledgeable film contacts in the City!
