Valet Parking:
Located at the hotel’s east entrance, we are able to accommodate vehicles up to 6’3”. Five Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available.

For oversize vehicles up to 12′ in height we recommend underground parking at 18 Wellington Street* or a surface lot located at 30 Bay Street*.

Bellmen are located in the Main Entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage. For guests traveling by train, VIA Rail’s “RED CAP”’ porter will bring your luggage across the street to the Registration Desk.
The Xerox Business Centre at Fairmont Royal York provides business travellers with the best printing technology available. Located on the Lobby Level, the center is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby. They will happily assist you with obtaining tickets for sporting events and theaters, making dinner reservations and arranging city tours. To reach the concierge directly, please call (416) 368-2511 or email [email protected].
Housekeeping may provide extra amenities such as humidifiers, cribs, and rollaway beds at no extra cost. If you require a crib or rollaway bed, we recommend reserving a Deluxe Room as these guest rooms have sufficient space for the additional sleeping area.
Available seven days a week. Rush and overnight service, as well as garment pressing are also available. Limited service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
The Fairmont Royal York Security Team members are trained in First Aid and CPR and respond to emergency calls in the hotel 24 hours a day. The hotel also utilizes the services of an on-call doctor at the guest’s request. Additional medical equipment, including wheelchairs, is available on request (subject to availability).
Small pets are allowed in the hotel but cannot be left unattended in guest rooms at any time and must be kept on a leash in common areas. There is a $50 per stay pet fee and Deluxe Rooms are recommended for pets over 20 lbs (9 kg).
Please note pets are not permitted on our hypoallergenic floors, Health Club, or dining venues.
Service dogs are welcome at the Fairmont Royal York at no additional fee, however, we kindly ask that you contact the hotel in advance of your stay.
